Only happens in Pleasantview, so it's not a hack causing it. This happened once before, but I had a back-up, this time my back-up does it as well. Even Gothier Green Lawns is empty when I go into it in buy mode.
Of course, if it works there will still be the problem of no gravestones, but maybe the assignable ones will still work.
